First issue was I did not qualify for a rebate they promised me.Second big issue is they scratched all 4 rims when mounting the tires. They said they did not scratch the rims but spent an hour trying to remove them with a buffing wheel and compound. They were able to lessen the appearance of the scratches on 1 rim and offered to spend more time working on the scratches, but I became worried they would strip off the clear coat on the rims so stopped them. I will never go back to Pep Boys and could never recommend them. Be very careful if having them install new tires on your rims.
