I encountered payment issues with both of my orders. I contacted customer service and was told that the orders were actually unpaid even though they had been confirmed. I received both email and website confirmations for the orders, but there was no indication that the payment had failed, other than the absence of a payment notification from my bank. I was later informed that the orders would be automatically cancelled.The problem was that I was unable to manually complete the payment afterwards, and customer service also said they could not cancel the orders directly from their side. I was advised to place the order again, but unfortunately the items I had ordered were the last units available, which meant I could not reorder them.This was very frustrating because the system confirmed my orders without clearly notifying me that the payment had not gone through. By the time the issue became clear, the items were already unavailable. I hope the payment system can be improved so that customers are immediately informed if a payment fails, which would help prevent situations like this in the future.
