Absolute rubbish. Gave my ticket to another customer so then she tried to claim my food. Waited 30 mins for my food. Food arrives on a paper plate like I’m at some sort of birthday party or a wake for someone whos family couldn’t be bothered spending a decent amount of money on them. Was Absoloutley sodden in sauce but no fork or napkins so I have to eat with my hands like some sort of animal. My finger nails are now caked in yellow residue I can’t get off. Half the staff were standing around in the kitchen like a sim character that hasn’t been given any direction. Oh and the straws are basically made of the cheapest paper going, went through two straws in 5 minutes because it just disintegrated. Wrexham branch
