Frustrating experience

I placed an order and waited three hours, only to have it canceled without any communication. There were no responses to my calls. It's evident that customer service needs significant improvement. If the intention was to frustrate customers into sharing negative experiences online, they succeeded.

Terrible customer service and no food delivery

The customer service was appalling when trying to get my food delivered. After waiting four hours, my order never arrived, and staff provided false information about delivery times on three occasions. Avoid ordering from here if you want to eat the same day.

Love the food, but delivery issues
