I had a major issue with my order being routed to the wrong address (the restaurant's own address) due to a system glitch. I contacted the shop immediately to resolve it, but they were completely unhelpful and refused to assist. To make matters worse, there was a significant language barrier as no one spoke English, making it impossible to explain the situation or get any support.
