- Purchased a 6-seater dining table. - After 2 months, a manufacturing defect was found. - Claimed warranty; the company agreed to replace as it was not repairable. - Over the next 4 months, I made more than 20 calls and sent the same number of emails. - After 4 months, they delivered a replacement product that was even more defective. I refused to accept it, and they took it back. - Later, they asked me to send photos and videos of the defective product (which they had already taken back). - I managed to send only 2 photos taken during installation. - They closed my warranty request because the photos were sent after 2 days. - I emailed again; they reopened the request but asked for the same photos once more. - The cycle of calls and emails restarted, with no resolution. Additional Issues: - I received multiple calls during work hours, causing disturbances. - I even had to take half a day off from my workplace to receive a damaged product again. Final Note: Please don’t be misled by their colorful website, fake discounts, and false warranty promises. This has been one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with.
