I’m genuinely amazed at how disorganized this brand can be. They entice you with furniture that’s “in stock” online, but once you pay, the delivery date gets pushed to a vague future date, with no option to cancel. Then, you receive a flood of emails and SMS updates about delivery, scheduling, and rescheduling—everything except actual on-time delivery. When your long-awaited item finally arrives, it’s damaged from transit. And they’ll send someone to 'fix it' after another week of waiting. Their products aren’t cheap, though the premium ones are decent. But the logistics? A total disaster. When a brand can’t deliver as promised, it’s no surprise they lose customers.
