Bought a so-called "orthopedic" Cloudio mattress from Pepperfry. It was fine for about a year, but within 2 years, it became a soft, saggy mess. Zero back support, zero quality.It came with a 7-year warranty, but guess what? When I raised a complaint, their response was, “This is normal wear and tear.” Normal?! No resolution, no courtesy, no accountability.Honestly, I feel cheated. Pepperfry sells you big promises, but if something goes wrong, you're on your own.Never again.
