I had ordered 2 cupboards and a sofa from Pepperfry.For the past 2 months I have been asking for a visit to check on the couch that has cracked and the cupboards where the platform is curving1. Their sales person force you into buying it. That experience is truly overwhelming2. In the stores; they MAKE you buy it from their account itself, even if you have your own account (so you forfeit your offer and they get a benefit)3. Their after sales service and their customer care is PATHETIC BEYOND WORDS.4. Their customer service keeps postponing the appointment on their own, the carpenter kept coming to the house due to that, and we were not available, they kept sending emails saying the technician came but no one was at home. Even after telling them to send someone between Thursday and Saturday. They would send the technician on the other days. I was finally fed-up and closed the case.5. Their technicians are not treated well at all.. which is a huge red flag.
