I had placed a confirmed order for a mattress on May 13th 2023. Having paid the amount in full, delivery was confirmed on May 26th. Despite emails and phone calls to the delivery company, the item was finally delivered on June 17th. A full 36 days for delivery after the order was placed. I have to admit, my earlier purchase's delivery did go as planned. Was delayed only by a few days which was totally acceptable.
