DAYLIGHT ROBBERY! Ordered 2 x queen sized mattresses. Lead time 10 days (Amazon is 1!). Only 1 arrived, wrong size! Since then, I’ve sent 10 emails, talked to 3 “dedicated” agents, multiple chats, sent all “photo and video evidence” with rigid instructions proving the product was incorrect, and after PF were satisfied I was being honest…. they said a vendor would arrive. YET it stays sat in my house after 3 failed pick ups because each time their VENDOR sends a vehicle that’s too small to fit the mattress… 3 times!! The robots at PF won’t process my refund, won’t follow up with the vendor, and whenever I reach out, I get the autopilot message of “we will check with our internal team and come back after 3 days.” As of today 1 hour ago my issue remains OPEN, 6 weeks on and my money stuck. Nobody cares! If this is how PF is making money, they need to be sued!!
