ordered a wardrobe from Pepperfry expecting quality and professionalism, but what I received was an absolute nightmare.The product arrived damaged, with cracks in multiple places, and a gap between the doors that makes them unusable. Even the carpenter sent by Pepperfry admitted that the wood used is of very poor quality and won’t last.I raised a complaint immediately and have been following up via calls, chats, and emails for days — but there has been zero proper response or resolution from Pepperfry’s end. Every time, I get the same scripted replies and no real action.I clearly asked for a full refund and reverse pickup, but they have done nothing so far. This kind of service is completely unacceptable, especially from a brand that claims to be trustworthy.My advice: DO NOT buy furniture from Pepperfry.
