I want to share my experience to help others make better choices. For the past three months, my dealings with this interior design service have been incredibly frustrating and disheartening. Right from the start, I was shown attractive designs and given promises that were never fulfilled. What was assured both in writing and verbally bears no resemblance to the actual work done on-site. The quality of materials and craftsmanship is significantly below what was agreed upon, clearly showing signs of cost-cutting and misrepresentation. The team's behavior has been notably unprofessional—there’s been a lack of accountability, no ownership taken, and a complete disregard for deadlines and client concerns. My repeated inquiries were met with broken promises. Even after three months, the work remains unfinished, yet the company has already taken ₹19 lakhs. The financial strain, mental anguish, and disruption to my family have been excessive and intolerable. This entire experience has been a nightmare, and I deeply regret trusting this company. I am still waiting for:
• A clear update on the actual progress and a realistic completion timeline
• An explanation for the funds collected thus far
• Remedial action for the subpar work and deviations from the approved designs If this issue is not resolved promptly and transparently, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action and escalate this through consumer forums and public channels. I am sharing this as a warning for others.
