I have never encountered such awful customer service, showing no empathy or respect for customers' time and money. I ordered a dress for an event at the end of September, but it was marked as 'lost in transit' and they refused to refund me. They said I’d have to wait up to 6 months for them to find the package before I could get my money back. Their customer service is nearly nonexistent, taking days to respond, and I spoke to so many different representatives that no one knew what had already been discussed. This resulted in over 2 months of stress trying to get my funds back. Eventually, they sent a replacement dress against my request for a refund and told me to pick it up at a 'local' USPS, which was an hour away from my home. It was supposed to arrive on September 28th but only showed up in the second week of December. After three months of their negligence, they didn’t even offer store credit or any form of compensation for the hassle. This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I feel compelled to warn others not to purchase from them.
