Very poor customer service and returns policy. My daughter bought a dress, didn't fit and was concerned the next size up wouldn't fit either. Charged her £20 for the privilege of returning!!!! Absolutely shocking and I believe goes against distance selling laws in the UK. Never ever buy from this company 😡
I ordered the heavy hearted black dresses for my bridesmaids. Last minute we realised the stitching hasn’t been completed properly and I was panicking as it was past the return timeframe. The ladies at Peppermayo have been amazing and have allowed me to exchange the dress and to ensure it is on time for my wedding. I absolutely cannot thank you enough for the fast response and allowing this!

Avoid spending money on expedited shipping. The company stated my package was dispatched to a carrier on time, which was not true. They refuse to take responsibility or refund the additional shipping fee. It's a complete waste of money. The package was expected to arrive in 3 to 5 days, but it is now arriving 8 days late.
If a 0 were an option, I wouldn't even rate it with 1. The after-sales service was terrible, and the delivery times were inaccurate from the beginning, then they doubled when my order was shipped. Unsurprisingly, the order did not arrive as expected. Return shipping costs €20, which we have to cover, as there was a lack of honesty regarding the true delivery times.
My package was marked as “Delivered,” but it didn’t arrive even after several days, so I reached out to the support team. They promptly arranged a free reshipment of the same item, which I greatly appreciated.
A few days later, the original order also showed up, resulting in me receiving two of the same item. When I contacted them again about returning the duplicate, they quickly provided a return label and made the process very straightforward.

I wish I could take legal action for the harassment they are causing. They are unable to effectively track my package and refuse to accept any responsibility for its location. The shipping label has been created for over 15 days, yet nothing has been processed or dispatched. It’s evident they simply do not care. They constantly assert that once the item leaves their facility, it is no longer their concern, which is unacceptable. I reached out to other shipping companies, but they keep insisting they never received the items. Someone will likely take legal action against them soon.
I have never encountered such awful customer service, showing no empathy or respect for customers' time and money. I ordered a dress for an event at the end of September, but it was marked as 'lost in transit' and they refused to refund me. They said I’d have to wait up to 6 months for them to find the package before I could get my money back. Their customer service is nearly nonexistent, taking days to respond, and I spoke to so many different representatives that no one knew what had already been discussed. This resulted in over 2 months of stress trying to get my funds back. Eventually, they sent a replacement dress against my request for a refund and told me to pick it up at a 'local' USPS, which was an hour away from my home. It was supposed to arrive on September 28th but only showed up in the second week of December. After three months of their negligence, they didn’t even offer store credit or any form of compensation for the hassle. This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I feel compelled to warn others not to purchase from them.

Let me clarify: under EU consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from online purchases, including sale items. A business selling to the EU cannot declare sale items as 'final sale' unless specific exceptions apply, which clothing does not. This company is violating laws meant to protect EU customers. I urge them to revise their return policy immediately and comply with the legal 14-day right of withdrawal on sale items. Anything less is non-compliant and leaves customers stuck with non-returnable items. Until this issue is resolved, I strongly advise EU customers to reconsider ordering from here.
