I applied for a loan and had to follow up by phone as their email instructions to 'reply to this email' went ignored. The problem arose because my bank does not utilize their online verification system, and they refused to move forward with my application. They 'generously offered to cancel my application'. I insisted they also remove my application from my credit report. After being on hold for 28 minutes, they asked for my identification again. When I inquired about proof of removal from my credit file, they stated they'd provide more details only after approval, which will never happen since they won't allow me to submit my bank statements via email. Based on other reviews, I feel like I dodged a bullet here. I won't consider using their services again.
