I placed an order in November without issue in the past, but this time there was no notification from the carrier, nor any communication. When I called, they did not respond to my calls or emails regarding my order. After it was sent back, they asked me to reorder and pay for delivery again. I will never order from this seller again, especially if you're outside the EU, to avoid losing money.
