The product quality is appalling, and the customer support is even worse. I bought a so-called 'durable' jumping dog ball, and my pet destroyed it in seconds. This is unacceptable for an item marketed as durable. I contacted support, but they denied responsibility for the poor quality and offered no refund. Their response was dismissive and unhelpful. This seller should be embarrassed for selling inferior products without backing them up. I feel completely cheated and highly recommend avoiding them.
The service was extremely disappointing. I bought a supposedly durable dog ball, but my puppy destroyed it in just 30 minutes, creating a choking hazard. Despite providing photos of the damage, they refused to issue a refund, even though the ball was clearly defective.
I placed an order in November without issue in the past, but this time there was no notification from the carrier, nor any communication. When I called, they did not respond to my calls or emails regarding my order. After it was sent back, they asked me to reorder and pay for delivery again. I will never order from this seller again, especially if you're outside the EU, to avoid losing money.

I bought two toys that were advertised as suitable for dogs. My dog chewed one within 5 minutes and nearly choked on the rubber. When I requested to return the other, I was told I couldn't because it arrived in good condition. I will never shop with this seller again.
The ball that was supposed to bounce didn't work at all, even when fully charged. I complained, but they told me to contact the carrier. After insisting it was faulty, they suggested I charge it again! Their last email offered a 10% discount. I've given up and will dispute this with my payment provider.
I received a dog toy with a damaged charging port, rendering it unusable. They refused to send a replacement because I didn't report it within 3 days, even though I never saw that policy.
