I would like to review minus 5 stars!!!How disgraceful! A pet memorial order - which is a sensitive matter to most - the company asks for 10 different photographs of your pet and tells you it will be ‘handcrafted’ by their team and dispatched within 2-3 weeks. Adverts on Facebook & Instagram and ‘great’ reviews… send you a generic’s cat face model that is made by a 5 year old. Take all your money and will not refund you!!!!ABOID AVOID AVOID!!!!
