I ordered one of my cat to see what it was like and it was a completely random cat they sent me! They didn’t even try to get the details correct. Their website states you can have a refund within 14 days but Sarah just palms you off, first she wanted a video, then offered 10% off to keep the magnet, then 20% and each time I asked for full refund and to send it back because it is a useless piece of junk to me. Don’t even bother!
