DO NOT USE - CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SHOCKING!!!
For weeks now since opening my account it has been nothing but a frustrating experience. If you have tried using them to open an account via any other way than using a manuel set up, you are probably just as frustrated as I am. Maybe that’s why I can’t get through to customer services to speak to someone as the waiting time is at least 30 minutes (probably longer to get answered in fact, never been able to hold longer than that)
When I asked as to why I hadn’t been called back two days running using their automated call back facility (pressing hash and 1) they advised, you would be called back upon availability of an agent being free. I have done this on multiple occasions and never received a call back. They must be stacked!! Have to ask yourself as to why I suppose and can’t help but feel I am not alone in feeling disgruntled with this financial instrument.
All I have requested is my account be associated to my actual email address, you would think that is actually quite simple request and have fulfilled their requests to adhere to kyc in sending appropriate documentation and yet still they do make the efforts to sort this out.
They are quick to take your money however seem extremely reluctant to give it back. By far the worst experience I have had with a broker and not something I would advocate nor recommend. I’m just glad as with any new broker I use I only deposit a small amount in order to check out all aspects of their services, not just as a financial instrument to trade on.
At this point I can only see a long road ahead, most likely having to instruct FOS AND FCA to have my monies returned.
