After several requests over time, I can confidently say Pepperstone’s customer service is excellent. Their team listens, gives solid advice, and genuinely helps you move forward. It’s rare to find this level of professionalism and consistency. Very satisfied.
Pepperstone has eaten all my hard work of years. I put my trust in one of the most significant brokers and enrolled in a PEPPERSTONE × BPF competition with my real funds. I was in first rank with account no. 51425464, and they removed me from first rank, claiming that I did not trade for 7 days in the account whereas it was never stated anywhere on the terms and conditions or on the competitionlanding page that i should trade upto 7 days, infact what was stated on the terms and conditions was 5 days which i met (i even traded 6 days).
When I shared proof, they said they could give me one year of TradingView. But that is not what I deserve. I deserve the prize money for first rank.
They are not even admitting their own mistakes and are cheating a trader who put his money at risk and trusted Pepperstone. If someone is a big influencer, they definitely get their money. But we traders bleed silently behind our screens.... These brokers never understand the life of a trader and their achievements, it's just business for them to cheat customers by just showing gimmick rewards but when it comes to reward they give Trading view premium instead of My earned valid prize.

It is very humbly stated that my name Mr shafiq ur Rehman khan from pakistan.i was registered in pepperstone broker as a verified real experinced account holder from 2019 to december 2024 in pepperstone broker the pepperstone broker sometime they show fake trading movements in their chart but previousely i think its natural but while i observe deeply and compare with other market sentiment then i confirm their movements totally different with other live charts in my account. so then i confirmed that sometime fake movements and i invested 22600 US Dollar in my account firstly my account was good and my trading very progressive and my profit was very good but i cant withdraw single penny from my account during withdrwal during this period .after 12 november 2024 while i was trading in routine suddenly gold movement in sell condition and i was ordered to sell at correct time but my order was not placed in mt4 platform so pending proceed and web trading mt4 software page was hangout .even some ordered was placed in buy condition and was not drop by cross sign in mt4 platform during open market session.so i was complain to pepperstone help line chat help line requested to help .
they listen and tell me please wait we will solve the issue and then suddenly at the worse time automatically ordered placed for sell and that ordered was not drop even whole account equity was finished after second day.even that time i was email to the administration team for solution.when a lot of email sent to the broker .they confirm there mistake after one month investigation and sent IDR to me to resolve issue ,the IDR copy also attach herewith this application but after few days while they not fulfill their commitment they firstly blocked my account and then they removed my account and blocked my mobile and pc ip address and I can't see the pepperstone websites even i complain some of regulated authorities about this fraud and they asked me that the broker now claim that Mr Shafiq ur Rehman is not our customer, even a huge lie.
I sent thousands of emails from email niaisk17gmail.com to the pepperstone broker administration but still
not any solution was processed and not my money was revered to me. even they commitment and IDR FINAL in which they confirm there falut and they said we will sent 1681 us dollar on 6 feburay 2025 but they not fullfill AND not sent a single panny to may wallet account firstley they disable my account blocked my ip and account and reply to fca that shafiq is not our clinit at all .i have all the screenshot records even vedio records in which they scam with me.and still i am in troubles. so again i annonice i will rays my voice on social media platform till my money will be reveresed accourding to there on internal despute matter of pepperstone broker.
I left a position overnight. The plan was simple: get taken out right after the open by a bearish candle.
In reality, that candle does not exist on the chart.
I checked everything:
euro futures
OANDA
FXCM
other data sources
None of them show that candle. Only this broker does.
That tells you everything you need to know about the broker.They widen the spread and close positions using their own algorithm.
I was having 13 usd loss out of 26 usd so i tried to protect my account so i figured out that it kept only 4 usd 26-13 is 13 usd but they took all my 13 usd money in a huge fees I will not trade with them anymore ! Such as scammers in fees! While protecting my account i figured that they took all my money just hate them for this cuz this is my hard earning money may you eat them medicines !!
I've been with this service for three years now, and honestly, I don't even consider switching to another broker.
