We bought rice in November, and upon opening a pack recently, we found weevils in an unopened bag. After reaching out to customer support, I was made to jump through hoops providing information, only for them to deny any responsibility. They wasted my time with requests for details, photos, and dates. I will NEVER buy from this brand or any of its products again. They should be ashamed.
