We purchased rice in November, and after opening it recently, we found weevils in an unopened package. After contacting the support team, they made me go through unnecessary steps to provide information, only to deny responsibility. They wasted my time with requests for details, photos, and dates. I will NEVER purchase from this brand or any associated products again. They should truly be embarrassed.

I am disappointed with the company as I reached out about bad chips we purchased that were off. I have been emailing them repeatedly, waiting for a promised voucher, but nothing has been received. The customer service is appalling, yet we continue to support them whenever possible. To date, we have received nothing.
Initially, I enjoyed the company's products. I frequently ate their snacks and recommended them to others, but recently their taste has deteriorated. It seems like they have altered the spices or flavor. I would appreciate it if they could revert to the original ingredients or spices.
I attempted to submit my receipt for a promotion, but their system rejected my online submission. When I tried to send the physical receipt, it was flagged as a duplicate, likely due to the first submission. The receipt met all the promotional terms. I called, but their phone system was down, so I emailed about the issue. A week has passed with no response, and I keep being told a specialist will review this. I requested to speak to a supervisor, but none were available. This is extremely poor customer service, and I will be sharing this experience elsewhere as well.
For over two months, I've been inundated with emails and robocalls regarding my account. My account is paid in full; the issue arose when we were wrongly charged instead of credited for a return. It's impossible to reach anyone in accounting; I only receive calls from customer resolution promising to escalate the issue. All I want is a corrected statement showing a zero balance, yet the robocalls persist.
One of the products is disappointingly small. It's packaged in a wrapper that is much larger than the item itself. This is unacceptable. The company needs to address this shrinkflation issue instead of prioritizing profits over customer satisfaction. I will not purchase from this brand again.
I've always enjoyed the original products. Now that I tried the zero sugar version, I find it undrinkable. Has anyone at the company actually tasted this? It’s so bad I felt compelled to write a review. Someone should present this product to the executives and ask for their honest opinion. If it can't be improved, I may have to stop being a customer.
