I attempted to submit my receipt for a promotion, but their system rejected my online submission. When I tried to send the physical receipt, it was flagged as a duplicate, likely due to the first submission. The receipt met all the promotional terms. I called, but their phone system was down, so I emailed about the issue. A week has passed with no response, and I keep being told a specialist will review this. I requested to speak to a supervisor, but none were available. This is extremely poor customer service, and I will be sharing this experience elsewhere as well.
