I ordered a work jacket but received a completely different one after about a month. I requested a fleece jacket but got a hoodie instead. I contacted the support team and received several replies, yet despite it being their mistake, I'm still in discussions a month later, as they want me to cover the return shipping cost to China, which will be around £30. They won’t refund that amount in addition to the jacket. Currently, they’re offering to send another jacket, but I must pay $9 per item for their error! I'm very frustrated with the back-and-forth emails. I just want my money back and to return the wrong item. While customer service is polite, their response time is slow and filled with unreasonable offers. Avoid at all costs!
