If I could give a lower rating than one star, I absolutely would. The service is terrible, and customer support is virtually nonexistent. I strongly advise against using this company; there are much better alternatives. If you choose to proceed with them, be prepared for disappointment.
I ordered a work jacket but received a completely different one after about a month. I requested a fleece jacket but got a hoodie instead. I contacted the support team and received several replies, yet despite it being their mistake, I'm still in discussions a month later, as they want me to cover the return shipping cost to China, which will be around £30. They won’t refund that amount in addition to the jacket. Currently, they’re offering to send another jacket, but I must pay $9 per item for their error! I'm very frustrated with the back-and-forth emails. I just want my money back and to return the wrong item. While customer service is polite, their response time is slow and filled with unreasonable offers. Avoid at all costs!
The quality is poor, the customer service is dreadful, and the sleeves are cut for a child. I purchased an adult tracksuit, but it looks nothing like what was advertised. It also came without a care label, which is illegal in the U.S. for clothing sales. It’s essentially a low-quality version of what’s presented online but at a higher price!
I ordered leather boots, but they appeared cheap with thin, fake leather. I initiated a return and was told to ship them back to China, even though they arrived from Chino, CA. They offered a 30% refund to keep them, which I declined because I wanted a full refund. This feels like a bait and switch. I refused to pay to return the boots and they stopped responding to my emails. Avoid this company at all costs!
It took three weeks for my shoes to arrive, and they came poorly packaged. They were advertised as genuine leather, but they are not. I ordered a size 11.5, but the shoes are too small and unwearable. They ship from China and while they have a refund policy, I have to pay to return them or only receive 20% back. The return shipping costs nearly as much as the shoes themselves. I won’t be ordering again.

When I threatened to contact my credit card company due to their lack of communication, I finally got an email claiming I was being threatening. They still never replied, so I reached out to my credit card company after waiting 11 minutes on hold.

The zipper broke within a week, and the pocket openings are completely sewn shut. Their solution is to return it to China for a refund or keep it for a 20% refund. Returning a defective item is ridiculous and costly. I’m frustrated with the unusable product and their inadequate responses.
This is utterly dreadful. The item that was advertised as a wool overcoat turned out to be made of brushed nylon. The construction was poor with shabby seams, and what was supposed to be leather was actually plastic. The photos looked sophisticated, but the reality is cheap and poorly made. It took weeks to arrive.
