I ordered a $50 hoodie from an Instagram advertisement without researching the company first (my mistake). I was okay with the three-week wait, but the quality is poor. The zipper broke within a week, and the pocket openings are completely sewn shut. Their solution is to return it to China for a refund or keep it for a 20% refund. Returning a defective item is ridiculous and costly. I’m frustrated with the unusable product and their inadequate responses.
