I've been completely ignored by the customer support team despite reaching out multiple times. Like many other reviews mention, I've been waiting a long time for my refund. I've been a regular customer for a while, but I will not be purchasing anything else. Additionally, if you respond to this review, please do not send me a generic message asking for my information; you already have it. Just take action and provide a proper response.
