I placed an order on November 26th, and while the items arrived quickly, the quality of the shirts was disappointing given the price. I initiated a return the same day and sent the items back on November 29th. The return process was easy, and I received an email confirming the return on December 3rd. The policy indicates that refunds take up to 5 working days. I understand that the holiday season is busy, but it has now been 4 weeks since the company received the items, and I still have not received my refund or any updates. All I've gotten are automated responses to my emails and no replies to my social media inquiries. This is my final attempt before reaching out to my credit card provider, as I was fortunate to pay with a credit card. I've noticed many others online are also waiting for their refunds. Please process my refund promptly.
Since this platform seems to be the only place where you engage, I feel compelled to express my concerns again. In your response to my earlier review, you advised me to reach out via email. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive any reply, just as I did before. Please refrain from suggesting that I contact customer support here; instead, I urge you to respond to the emails I have already sent to the support team.

They have acknowledged the return but are not processing the refund. They need to improve their processes and customer service, or it may harm their online sales.
I've ordered from this company many times, and the quality has always been fantastic. I understand that the holiday season can be hectic, but other retailers manage to process returns much faster. Aside from that, everything about the order was great.
My partner spent a considerable amount of money with this company and had to return several items due to sizing issues. They acknowledged the return on November 10th, and now it’s been five weeks with no refund. Waiting for £300! They emailed 'customer service' and received no response nearly a week later. If their team responds to this like they do with other negative reviews by asking for an email, know that it’s not acceptable. No one should have to chase a refund, and it's outrageous to ask them to contact support while ignoring them. They should focus on responding to customer emails and processing refunds instead of sending out constant promotional emails. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!
