As many others have noted, I truly enjoy the clothing and have been a repeat customer. In-store shopping is seamless, and the quality is excellent, but their online shopping experience is lacking. I'm waiting for a refund of over £1000 from two orders, and it has been nearly two weeks since I got confirmation of my return. While this is a busy time of year, recent reviews make me doubt I will see my refund soon. The company is great, but they need to seriously improve their online return process, as they are falling behind peers who manage returns much more efficiently.
