I've ordered from this company many times, and the quality has always been fantastic. However, I returned part of this order over three weeks ago and still haven't received any confirmation of my return. I also reached out to customer service, but my inquiry went unanswered. I understand that the holiday season can be hectic, but other retailers manage to process returns much faster. Aside from that, everything about the order was great.
