Like many others, I truly value the quality of the clothing and have been a loyal customer. Shopping in-store is a pleasure, and the quality is impressive, but the online shopping experience is lacking. I'm currently waiting for a refund of over £1000 from two orders, and it has been nearly two weeks since I received return confirmation. Given the busy season, this feels like too long to wait. However, based on recent feedback, I am not optimistic. The clothing is fantastic, but the company really needs to improve their online return process, as they lag behind many competitors who handle returns much more efficiently.
