The clothes are excellent, and I was eventually issued a replacement blazer in the correct size (their online sizing guide suggested me a size too large).Unforunately there was a very long delay getting in touch with customer service. They eventually blamed this on a technical issue, but it shouldn't take two months and half a dozen emails from two different addresses just to get in touch.
