PerfectClick.AI is a company that can be effective for lead generation, but I experienced challenges with their customer service. The main reason for my one-star review in May 2024, not July 1st 2024 as they mentioned, was due to the lack of communication regarding exceeding my budget. It took several days and multiple attempts through emails and calls before I received a response.****I decided to cancel my account because I was able to generate more leads on my own using Facebook Ads with a significantly lower budget.****In June, They explained that Google charges for the previous month’s ad campaign on the 1st of each month. I canceled my account in May 2024 and was charged on June 1st 2024, which made sense at the time, then assured me that this would be the final charge, but I was charged again on July 1st 2024. When I reached out, I was advised that this was a matter to take up with Google, despite the campaign being under PerfectClick’s management and not supposed to run after my cancellation. Although the amount charged was $9.48, I was under the impression that June would be the final charge, as previously communicated.****For context, I had a small budget of $900, but the total amount charged was slightly over $1,000. There was some confusion regarding whether the initial $499 charge was part of my budget, as I received different explanations during my conversations with them At times, I was told it was included in my budget, while other times, it was not.****My one-star review was not related to the $9.48 charge, which occurred after my review in May 2024. The timing makes it clear that my review was based on earlier issues.****While I did receive some jobs and provided quotes, the estimated $30,000 in potential revenue was based on average job sizes that seemed optimistic. There were instances where I couldn’t access certain leads or secure the jobs, but I’m not blaming PerfectClick for that.****I appreciate the good wishes from PerfectClick for my success with Facebook Ads, and I wish them the best in addressing concerns raised by other customers.**
