They make some big promises so I wasn't sure if it was too good to be true, but I just had my best month ever thanks to PerfectClick. The customer support rep I talked to seemed to actually have industry experience which was reassuring. I've been using them for about two months now and this platform works better than Google ads or Facebook. The leads are also easier to close if you know what you're doing.

Perfect Click is easily the best way to get leads. We had been using another agency for about 2 years so they had plenty of time to get things dialed in, but within about 3 weeks Perfect Click was already getting us better quality leads at half the cost.
It took almost a week to start getting leads even though they said it would be about 3 days, but other than that everything has been good. The customer service is very helpful and so far perfect click has been more profitable for us than google ads or Facebook.
PerfectClick.AI is a company that can be effective for lead generation, but I experienced challenges with their customer service. The main reason for my one-star review in May 2024, not July 1st 2024 as they mentioned, was due to the lack of communication regarding exceeding my budget. It took several days and multiple attempts through emails and calls before I received a response.****I decided to cancel my account because I was able to generate more leads on my own using Facebook Ads with a significantly lower budget.****In June, They explained that Google charges for the previous month’s ad campaign on the 1st of each month. I canceled my account in May 2024 and was charged on June 1st 2024, which made sense at the time, then assured me that this would be the final charge, but I was charged again on July 1st 2024. When I reached out, I was advised that this was a matter to take up with Google, despite the campaign being under PerfectClick’s management and not supposed to run after my cancellation. Although the amount charged was $9.48, I was under the impression that June would be the final charge, as previously communicated.****For context, I had a small budget of $900, but the total amount charged was slightly over $1,000. There was some confusion regarding whether the initial $499 charge was part of my budget, as I received different explanations during my conversations with them At times, I was told it was included in my budget, while other times, it was not.****My one-star review was not related to the $9.48 charge, which occurred after my review in May 2024. The timing makes it clear that my review was based on earlier issues.****While I did receive some jobs and provided quotes, the estimated $30,000 in potential revenue was based on average job sizes that seemed optimistic. There were instances where I couldn’t access certain leads or secure the jobs, but I’m not blaming PerfectClick for that.****I appreciate the good wishes from PerfectClick for my success with Facebook Ads, and I wish them the best in addressing concerns raised by other customers.**
I decided to run my own ads after using a couple of different agencies and being unimpressed. I watched a lot of youtube videos and felt like I was doing a pretty good job of managing my own ads. I decided to try perfect click after hearing about them from another business on youtube and because they offer a guarantee there was nothing to lose. Within a month my cost per lead was cut in almost half. I have no idea how they do it, but they somehow got the cost lower than google's own ai campaigns.
I have asked this company to please remove there appointment bookings page for over a year now and they told me i have to speak to google but perfect click are the ones who actually placed it on there. I am not a technical person I did not attach any google to my website they asked for permission because I don’t know how to create a website or anything else for that matter. Now it’s been a long time and I still cannot get this attachment off my google my business. When you click the page it shows that perfect click is the owners of this page but yet they cannot fix it????? I wouldn’t be going through this if they would take it off. Here is the truth if I was a smart guy I wouldn’t need pay perfectclick to feed me Leads. Yes you sent me a link or YouTube video that I attempted. Didn’t work. The reality is that the staff that created this link on my page is no longer working there and because I’m longer a client you’re not willing to take it off. He is a fact your 3.9 rating has nothing to do with me. Now if you talk to google and help me get your page off then I will delete this long explanation. I’m still waiting on your help? 2 weeks 2 years passed and still waiting
