I subscribed to a photo enhancement service specifically to restore and colorize old family photos. However, what I received was much more limited than advertised, with essential features locked behind an additional upgrade, despite paying for the Plus plan. After a couple of uses, I was repeatedly prompted to upgrade again, which was not clearly stated before purchase, rendering the Plus plan ineffective for its intended use. Customer support has also been unsatisfactory. I was incorrectly informed that my purchase was through a specific platform and, after explaining this several times while requesting a refund due to misleading features, I received either generic responses or no reply at all. In comparison, another service I used provided significantly better results, clearer pricing, fewer restrictions, and superior photo restoration quality. I cannot recommend this service; the pricing structure feels misleading, and the support team does not address valid concerns. There are better and more transparent options available.
