I placed an order over a month ago and have received nothing. My payment was processed immediately, yet there's no product and no delivery date. Initially, I was told the delay was due to 'customs procedures,' but the tracking shows 'Awaiting Item,' indicating it was never shipped. I was later informed they have no inventory, yet they continue to accept orders and payments. I've requested a refund with no response. This is unacceptable and incredibly frustrating. Misleading practices regarding payments without inventory are very concerning. I advise others to steer clear.
