I would not recommend ordering from here. I measured myself carefully against their size chart, yet the corset I received did not fit at all.

To make matters worse, when I reached out to customer service, they were unhelpful. They refuse to offer free exchanges even for sizing/quality issues; you either have to pay for shipping yourself, or they simply suggest you buy a second one. Also, be aware that shipping takes 14+ days, so it’s not an option if you need it for a specific date.

Frustrating delays with orders

I'm being prompted to leave a review when none of the items I ordered two months ago have arrived, and many haven't even shipped. My emails for updates have gone unanswered. Companies typically respond and provide some compensation. I do not recommend ordering from here.

Two months later, still no order or updates

I'm being asked to review a site where my order from two months ago hasn't arrived, and half of it hasn't even shipped. My emails for updates have been ignored. Usually, companies would at least respond and offer some kind of compensation. I wouldn't recommend ordering here.

Avoid this seller! I ordered items that were too big and have been trying for over a month to get refund instructions. No response. The PayPal refund didn't work. I strongly advise against making a purchase here; it's a complete scam regarding refunds.

I placed an order over a month ago and have received nothing. My payment was processed immediately, yet there's no product and no delivery date. Initially, I was told the delay was due to 'customs procedures,' but the tracking shows 'Awaiting Item,' indicating it was never shipped. I was later informed they have no inventory, yet they continue to accept orders and payments. I've requested a refund with no response. This is unacceptable and incredibly frustrating. Misleading practices regarding payments without inventory are very concerning. I advise others to steer clear.

Order cancellation ignored

I accidentally purchased the wrong size and emailed immediately to cancel. I received no reply. After another cancellation email, my order was shipped three days later. I emailed again to cancel, but still received no response. Terrible customer service, and I will be returning the item as soon as possible.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. They are taking money from customers by accepting orders without having inventory. I was charged but never received my item. I was told they lack inventory and that my order isn't scheduled for delivery. They keep taking new orders. I'm appalled.

Great marketing, poor service

Shipping took three weeks, and the item arrived too late for my plans. I reached out to customer service for a return, and although they initially responded, communication ceased after I requested the return address. It's been over a week without a way to return the item. Slow shipping, lack of communication, and an unresolved return process made this experience very frustrating. I can't recommend this seller.
