I bought a corset from them recently having seen Taylor from LIB wear it and I made sure to check their sizing chart and even spoke to one of their associates via their chat function before making the purchase to make sure it would fit.Unfortunately the bra cups are just way too big and there's no way that it's an A /B cup at all as it just gapes. I contacted them for a refund as their website clearly stated there is a 14 day refund policy but they can only offer an exchange. What's the point in that when I've already told them their smallest size is too big for me? They're saying that there might be perfume or residue so they can't accept any refunds but that clearly goes against what it says on their website. Also, surely they can just inspect the item when it's returned to them and if there are any defects they can refuse to accept it?I get there are exceptions to refunds which is listed on their website as: corset with rhinestones/fringe lingeries, accessories, 40% off (40%off included)sale. However, this is just a plain black corset and does not fall into any of those categories.I purchased it from the UK so it would have been impossible for me to know if it fits or not without trying it on. It all sounds like a con to me and now I'm £70 out of pocket with a brand new item with tags on that I've tried on for literally 5 mins and they won't give me my money back. Wish I'd read these reviews first before buying anything from them! Posting this so no one else falls for their trap. Don't ever expect them to accept a refund for any reason even if it's in pristine condition.
