(hahaha)We offer a refund when the product has not been opened and is unused and a partial refund when the packaging can not be accounted for.Please note that customers will be responsible for shipping costs.Any returns must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase."So because I have opened the package and tried the item on I now must pay to return the item only to get a partial refund which could be as low as 10% as they don't state otherwise.Absolute waste of time and moneyAlthough I shouldn't be surprised as it item was shipped from China.
