I have never encountered such a disheartening and unclear website in my life. Before making any purchases here, think carefully, as the level of unprofessionalism I faced was astonishing. My order took nearly a month to arrive, and customer service was virtually nonexistent. Out of the 7 items I ordered, I only received 5, with one missing parts and another being faulty. When I tried to address my concerns, nothing has been resolved. This feels like a scam. Their prices seem too good to be true, so be cautious when ordering. I am truly disappointed but recognize that we learn from such experiences. I won't be trying to contact them again.
