I have never faced such a frustrating and unclear website in my life. Before making any purchases here, think carefully, as I have never encountered such unprofessionalism from an online store. My order took nearly a month to arrive, and there was virtually no customer service. Out of the 7 items I ordered, I received only 5, with one missing parts and another being faulty. I attempted to report my issues, but nothing has been addressed. This feels like a scam. Their prices seem too good to be true, so proceed with caution when ordering online. I am genuinely disappointed, but I suppose we learn from these experiences. I won’t waste my time trying to contact them again.

Good day, I would like to return two items I received incorrectly. The lunch bag I received was green, while I requested black. I ordered a 20w flood light but received a solar alarm light instead. I have yet to receive the order, and I had to call to cancel as it kept saying out for delivery. I needed the products for the past weekend. I received an email stating delivery would be on October 1, yet I am the only one who has followed up.
