To start off, I tried to be civil. I contacted the company for a refund. They advised me "We are very sorry but our store policy states that we can only refund a product if you have received the wrong item, it is damaged before use, or it has not been delivered within 60 days". That's fine. Technically it was not broken. But, the manufacturing defects, subpar materials and poor quality should count for something.1st-the Velcro strap is installed backwards. So, the tail of the strap is against the body and it's impossible to use.2nd-If the strap were installed correctly, the slot it goes through is too small to put the strap into it.3rd-the Velcro strap is hard and would chafe the puppy if it were usable.4th-I ordered the extra small. The name tag does not fit on the harness5th-the harness itself looks like my 5 year old granddaughter put it togetherI could go on. But, I think the story is clear. DO NOT BY THE HARNESS FROM THE PERFECT PAW STORE!
