Dreadful. Read these reviews carefully as the 5 star ones state how nice they are - but have not made any claims!
They are great at taking your direct debit and giving you a policy, right up to the point you need to claim - then it falls apart! They use blanket exclusions to get out of paying despite recommendation and representation from qualified vets, with conclusions drawn by unqualified employees and in their view no right to appeal.
If you have any faith in pet insurance full stop which from my experience is unfounded, true someone else just not Perfect pets.
Great if you don’t need to claim I’m sure, which seems to be the case on most Rod the 5 star reviews I have since read!
