Genuinely one of nicest customer service calls I’ve ever had. Kim explained everything to me very precisely, offered help and advice and was just so lovely. Makes me feel like I have definitely chosen the best pet insurance team for my cats.
Elliot went the extra mile in answering my questions by gathering information from colleagues and the system. He spent a lot of time with me going through answers in detail. Perfect Pet have always been easy to deal with and in my opinion are by far the superior pet insurers.
Spoke to Conrad this morning in regards to a renewal price. He was extremely helpful and did all that he could to help me and be satisfied! I have been with perfect pets for 4 continuous years and each year they go above and beyond for us. Thanks again Conrad you’re a pleasure to your work🙂

My dog was clearly in pain with her back, something that just came on and we were not sure what she had done. We took her to the vets on a Sunday and she received pain relief and muscle relaxant. She recovered after a few days.
The vet completed the claim form and submitted it.

It was made clear at the beginning we would only be able to claim for conditions from the date this insurance started, sometimes you have to read the policy to make sure we are covered for any supplements our dog may require. They deal directly with the vet, overall service is good.
Dreadful. Read these reviews carefully as the 5 star ones state how nice they are - but have not made any claims!
They are great at taking your direct debit and giving you a policy, right up to the point you need to claim - then it falls apart! They use blanket exclusions to get out of paying despite recommendation and representation from qualified vets, with conclusions drawn by unqualified employees and in their view no right to appeal.
If you have any faith in pet insurance full stop which from my experience is unfounded, true someone else just not Perfect pets.
Great if you don’t need to claim I’m sure, which seems to be the case on most Rod the 5 star reviews I have since read!
I have reached out to the company several times, and each interaction has been very positive. Today, I spoke with a representative who took the time to review my claim and ensure everything was in order. I had recently submitted a claim but had entered the wrong date. The service has been fantastic in resolving this issue.
