Placed an order on April 12 and it hasn’t shipped yet. Contacted customer service on social media and was told it would ship, but it hasn’t. Sometimes they don’t respond even after seeing my messages? Extremely let down as I was excited for the clothes. Update: The items finally shipped after a month and arrived earlier than expected (took 3 days). Customer service was iffy, but the quality is very high. 🙏🙏
