Disappointed with Shipping and Service

Ordered on May 9th with express shipping. Received one reply indicating delivery was expected on the 23rd, but it’s been two weeks and I still have not received anything, nor do I have tracking updates or follow-ups. I expected more based on their clothing quality, but this experience has been frustrating. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. It’s not worth the trouble given the circumstances.

Order Made on April 12th...

Placed an order on April 12 and it hasn’t shipped yet. Contacted customer service on social media and was told it would ship, but it hasn’t. Sometimes they don’t respond even after seeing my messages? Extremely let down as I was excited for the clothes. Update: The items finally shipped after a month and arrived earlier than expected (took 3 days). Customer service was iffy, but the quality is very high. 🙏🙏

Perfect!

I anticipated a delay due to the holiday season, but it arrived today and it’s already my favorite tracksuit. It’s thick, warm, and clearly high quality. I need to order more colors soon! Definitely recommend.
