I placed an order for $1,300.00 on December 1, and by December 15, it showed delivery to an address in Florida. I confirmed my delivery address was correct! I contacted customer service but received no reply for three days. When I finally heard back, I was told delivery was attempted and the package was returned, which is simply untrue! The shipping confirmation indicates it was delivered elsewhere, not to my address. I was told they could resend it but couldn't promise it would arrive by Christmas! These were gifts ordered well in advance; why wouldn't they prioritize my shipping? When I sought more information, there was again no response from customer service!
