The employee that was working was nice and very helpful on different cologne that is popular and if they didn't have the brand they helped find another brand that is similar in smell and price.

The scent selection is truly impressive, and the final touch that leaves a lasting impression is the adorable bag they provide for my purchases before I leave.
I told the young lady that helped what I was looking for, and she was very helpful and thorough. She went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted and at a good price.
I was helped for a good hour on different colognes I wanted to try.very great help and they never got pushy.i tend to spend 400 or more when I go in so I def like to take my time when smelling the different fragrances.

I am incredibly frustrated to find that the same problems that caused me to leave the previous location have now followed me to this new one. I initially stopped shopping at the former store due to a manager who repeatedly forced a travel spray into my purchases, claiming it was a "gift." However, the total on my receipt never matched the prices on the items I actually selected. It felt like a deceptive sales tactic. I chose this new location because the staff seemed friendly, had a better attitude, and, most importantly, didn’t engage in these pricing tricks. Regrettably, I recently discovered that the same manager has moved here. True to form, she insisted that an atomizer was "part of the fragrance" and told me directly that I couldn't complete my purchase without it. This goes beyond poor customer service; it feels like scamming customers. As a manager, she should understand that forcing add-ons through misleading claims is unacceptable. Her work ethic is lacking, and she should reconsider her approach to treating loyal customers. I won't return as long as she is in charge.
Today I explored the premium outlets and had a wonderful experience. The representative was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable, not just with me but also with my friend. They were exceptionally patient, offering suggestions and letting us enjoy the fragrance samples each time. We ended up purchasing several items, including two fragrances and others that were part of a special offer as well as military discount friendly. We are thrilled with our choices and can't wait to wear them! Thank you for the outstanding service; we couldn’t be happier and will definitely return soon.
I placed an order for $1,300.00 on December 1, and by December 15, it showed delivery to an address in Florida. I confirmed my delivery address was correct! I contacted customer service but received no reply for three days. When I finally heard back, I was told delivery was attempted and the package was returned, which is simply untrue! The shipping confirmation indicates it was delivered elsewhere, not to my address. I was told they could resend it but couldn't promise it would arrive by Christmas! These were gifts ordered well in advance; why wouldn't they prioritize my shipping? When I sought more information, there was again no response from customer service!
